This tier covers the transition from kids sizing to adult sizing — the kurta is longer, the chadra wrap is fuller, and the Morni Chandra embroidery scales up to match the larger silhouette.

For teen boys attending Sikh weddings, family Vaisakhi celebrations, or formal Gurpurab events, this collection sits between our kids series and our Adults Complete Pehrawa. By age 15-16, most boys move into the adult sizing tier ($199 Kudta Chadra / $299 Complete Pehrawa).

Sizing for Teens

Teen sizing uses a 6-point measurement chart: chest, shoulder, kurta length, sleeve length, chadra waist, and chadra length. The added "chadra length" measurement matters at this age because teens tend to want the chadra to fall closer to ankle-length than mid-calf. After ordering, Veerpal will confirm via WhatsApp before any fabric is cut.

Why is the surcharge $10 for ages 11-15 vs $5 for 6-10?: The 11-15 tier requires significantly more fabric (kurta length now reaching to knee or below; chadra wrap fuller and longer), and the embroidery scales up to fill the larger surface area appropriately. $10 covers the additional material + labour at this size.
