Every Pehrawa is custom-stitched by our artisans in Bathinda, Punjab. Because each piece is made to your measurements and specifications, our return policy reflects the handcrafted nature of our products.
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery for sizing issues. If your outfit doesn't fit as expected, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll work with you to get the right fit.
What Qualifies for Exchange
- Size adjustments — if the fit isn't right, we'll remake it
- Defects in stitching or embroidery
- Items damaged during shipping
- Wrong item received
What Doesn't Qualify
- Custom color or embroidery choices — these are final once confirmed
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
- Requests made after 7 days from delivery
How to Request an Exchange
Step 1 — Contact Us
Message us on WhatsApp at +1 (647) 613-4958 with your order number and photos showing the issue.
Step 2 — We Review
Our team reviews your request within 24-48 hours and provides return instructions if approved.
Step 3 — Ship It Back
Send the item back using the provided instructions. Keep the tracking number.
Step 4 — We Process
Once received, exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days. We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp at every step.
Refunds
For defective items, we offer a full refund to your original payment method. For sizing issues, exchange is preferred, but store credit is available if an exchange isn't possible.
