Why don't you display prices in CAD/EUR/GBP?
Stripe handles currency conversion at checkout — the price you see in USD becomes your local currency at the current exchange rate when you pay. We chose USD as the display currency because the majority of our diaspora customers are in Canada and the US, both of which are accustomed to USD pricing. We considered multi-currency display but it adds complexity to inventory management and we prioritised price-transparency over price-localisation.
Is there a discount for repeat customers?
Not formally — we don't want to penalise first-time customers by reserving the best prices for returning ones. What we do instead: any customer who has placed an order can email Veerpal directly with custom requests (specific embroidery, complex sizing, multi-piece coordination) and get prioritised attention. The non-monetary value compounds over orders.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for boutiques or schools?
